A different evening by the sea

Tempera Streetfood & Bar is located on Šetalište fra Jure Radića, right by the sea, and is one of the more unusual restaurants in Makarska. The place has also been included in the recommendations of the Gault&Millau guide, which further shows that they do not follow the classic restaurant story here.

The menu features burgers, tacos and other creative street food dishes, along with cocktails and a wide selection of drinks. The combinations are somewhat different from what can usually be found in Makarska restaurants, and the emphasis is on flavours, appearance and the way of serving.

Tempera particularly comes into its own in the evening. Lighting, music, the sea and the whole night-time atmosphere create a space that recalls an urban bar by the coast more than a classic restaurant. It is precisely this combination of ambience and food that makes it special.

The terrace by the sea further elevates the whole experience, and the place is especially popular among younger audiences. Tempera is seasonal in character and operates during the tourist part of the year.
